Entirely produced with Nile Rodgers in 1988, this album slipped under the radar. Nile got his chicken scratch guitar out. Reccomended for funk/pop fans.

I have it on cassette. I remember the video, with Nile making a cameo appearance.

I remember this song.The video was popular on BET's 'Video soul' show.The song is funky...too bad it didn't catch on with too many listeners.

Shame chris never did another album, though he helped out on a couple of mic murphy's tracks, and co-wrote "workin' overtime" with nile for diana ross, which makes sense, as the production on her album is mostly the same sound as the uptempo's on chris' album.

Be cool to ever see the video. This sorta funk just got swallowed by freestyle and newjack. Shame this sorta sound nile had never caught on.

Speaking of Nile, the current issue of Guitar One has an article/interview with the king of the funk groove. Nile gets much props in the mag, and they put him in their legends group.

Met him a year or 2 ago or so. He's lives in Holland doin' Lenny Kravitz covers. We dated the same woman .

Yeah, I used to pump this back in the day. I dug the song "Something Wild".
