I was thinking of buying Sylvester and the Hot Band (Scratch my Flower) and was searching for some mp3's. Couldn't find any but I did find some real audio files of their second album, Bazaar. It sounds really good. I'm gonna try to find their first album. The link is below. hell yes! you should check out the sylvester biography "the fabulous sylvester"...it's a fantastic read, and it's written very lovingly. it got me on a sylvester kick for a while and i got "living proof" and "do u wanna funk" to add to my "best of sylvester" that i've had forever.

also, you should check out the dvd documentary "the cockettes", which doesn't focus on syl a whole lot, but does go into his role with the cockettes.

Sylvester was definately bad. Great music.

I bought "Rock The Box" and dug it. I would be interested in buying more. I heard on some countdown show he did a cover of "Love Hangover", but I never saw it? Was it on one of these early albums with the band?
