Didn't Prince's "Black Sweat" debut at #60 on the Hot 100 and drop out the very next week? Not exactly a good sign for the new album.

These are album sales.

I'm disturbed that James Blunt is selling so well.

The midget is no longer a singles artist...He's an album and touring act...To tell you the truth, singles are now dominated by pop amd hip-hop acts, with the occasional TRL-rock act thrown in...

I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

It should be interesting to see if Prince is actually able to sell his album this time out without giving it away.

I know alot of people who have 2 or 3 extra copies of "Musicology" just because they saw his live show more than once.

Therefore, I think the current Soundscan figure for that album is grossly inflated and non indicative of the album's actual success.

BTW, did "Ti Amo Corazon" even crack the Hot 100?

So far, Billboard has given scathing reviews to all three of Prince's new tracks. Ouch!

did MJ pay his staff he still has 1:39 to pay off or he will get sued
have u been raising funds for him???
I can give him a loan
how long will he be livin like a begger with the rich arab prince
no wonder he was forced to dress like a arab female!
i think they caught him with a guy and thought he was female
I see him like gary glitter in the next 5yrs
one single takes 8months?? how long does an album take ?? how much does it cost?? how much profit did invicible make compared to musicology??

And I see you having a nervous breakdown once "3121" disappears from the charts quicker than a ray of light.

If you're acting this mental now that the first two singles have flopped, I can only imagine what a basket case you'll be in a few months time.

Good luck with that.

cool

Last time I checked this was a chart thread.

The fact that you can't even address the points I've raised regarding the across the board failure of Prince's three lastest singles says alot.

You're obsession with all things MJ is fun to watch though. Carry on! biggrin
