My favourite´s "I can´t help it". "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

"Girlfriend" is simply "OK". My favorite is "Working Day And Night". Andy is a four letter word.

Get On The Floor is the BEST song on the album. Girlfriend is clearly the worst.

I think Girlfriend is the weakest song from the album but I still prefer it to a lot of the songs from his subsequent albums.
OTW is arguably one of the best album ever. My fav song from that album changes practically every year. When it first came out my favourites were Rock with You and Don't stop followed closely by OTW. Then I fell in love with I can't Help it( I truely believe with this song MJ could have easily evolved into smooth Jazz rather than pop/rock). At the moment however my favourit song is The Falling in Love with Patti Austin.

Well at least McCartney pays his employees instead of leaving them twisting in the wind & not giving a fuck like that degenerate pervert MJ. All the money in the world & MJ doesn't doesn't give a shit about anyone else but himself.

It's cool, but I definitely like "I Can't Help It" & "It's the Fallin' In Love" better, not to mention the more notable tracks on that album...

Off The Wall is my favorite MJ album. Absolute favorite not a bad song on there but sometimes I wonder if Girlfriend is a little out of place. It's the only song on there that I skip sometimes. I have too many favorite songs on there but I have to listen to Rock With You and Get On The Floor. Have too. God I miss Michael Jackson. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

You know damn well "Burn This Disco Out" makes you feel like a 50 year old man flying down the highway in a cadillac headed to Vegas poppin' his fingers w/ a cigarrette in his mouth & a half empty flask!

"Girlfriend" is the best song on Off The Wall
No. It's not. Get On The Floor is clearly the greatest song ever.

'Can't Help It' is a fucking standard as far as im concerned..
it's just the best ever.. ...Your coochie gonna swell up and fall apart...

What I find so great about OTW is that most of the songs sounded so sophsticated. Infact sophstication was so consistent on that album. With the exception of girlfriend there is hardly a naff or sappy song on it, something which is so apparent on his subsequent albums.

The title track "Off The Wall" sounds like the precursor to "Thriller" to me. Especially with the ghouls laughing at the opening.
I love how this album sparkles. It feels like you're revolving when you listen to it. Sounds so good on vinyl! :drools: This is a damn perfect album. You were blessed. Respect it.

I wouldn't ever say it's his worst on the album by far. Alot of the tracks sounded like previous songs that he did with the jacksons. Including Get on the Floor. But you have to admit, that after the second bridge... When he is harmonizing the Girl Friend, I'm Gonna Tell Your Boy Friend.. Yeah .. Tell Him.... Man those are some of the tightest harmonies ever recorded.. MJ was killen it.. One of my favorite tracks for the arrangements ( vocals especially)and his versatility..

Girlfriend just happens to be my personal favorite, as such it is the best song on the album "Americans consume the most fast food than any nation on Earth and the stupid motherfuckers wonder why they are so fat?
