neo soul is not funk. For once even vainandy could agree with me on that i think. Its funkless. I dint see it as a bad thing, but, no funk has really been in the charts since about 1994.


And about the hammer thing, no point talking about hammer on this thread. Hammer was just a party rapper, end of story. His shit was not meant to be dylan.
