I made a compilation for my sweetie. It's something I've never done, and I've never told him which songs make me think of him. Twelve years is too long to have gotten away with that. I gots issues I know, but he's getting the music tonight. I hope he'll love it. Here are a few of the songs that make me think of him:

There are others on the CD, but those are the ones I'll share here. The tunes by Ivory Joe Hunter, Beach Boys and particularly The Platters are my favorites. The last few notes of My Prayer never ever cease to bring a tear to my eye.
