Metacritic.com which tracks record reviews from major publications and websites has a slightly different list:
1. Illinois by Sufjan Stevens - 90 (average score out of 100) 2. Z by My Morning Jacket - 89 3. Wearemonster by Isolée - 88 4. Hypermagic Mountain by Lightning Bolt - 88 5. The Woods by Sleater-Kinney - 87 6. I Am A Bird Now by Antony And The Johnsons - 87 7. Arular by M.I.A. - 87 8. Minimum-Maximum [Live] by Kraftwerk - 85 9. Thunder, Lightning, Strike by The Go!
