While they are trashing the Glam Slam, you hear an instrumental version of 'Jerk Out'. Where might I be able to find that particular version of 'Jerk Out' as an instrumental on CD?

That instrumental version of "JerkOut" appeared on the B-side of the "Jerkout" single.It is simply titled "Mo'Jerk Out" and is 4 minutes and 30 seconds long.

David are you sure? The version in Grafitti Bridge that plays while the Time are trashing the Glam Slam is an acoustic drum version with very simple instrumentation. The Linn drum track does not appear on this version. Is the b-side the same one or is it simply an instrumental version of the album track?
