The notoriously reclusive rocker is of course referring to Guns n' Roses' decade-in-the-making Chinese Democracy, arguably the most anticipated album in rock & roll history.

"People will hear music this year,"

Oh, they'll hear music, Axl...just nothing from "Chinese Democracy"!

Maybe he'll just quit the music thing and make a career out of making eerily accurate predictions.

Yes. Its not even GnR. Its a joke band. Even when it had Buckethead. Nobody wants to hear GnR with some rotated members. What made it a GnR experience was the sum of its members. CD is Axl Rose solo album...zzzzz....

Who wants to hear the NPG do vintage era Revolution material? rolleyes

I think the last GnR album was a double one and it sold a huge amount. Perhaps one of the highest selling double albums of all time. This one sounds like a bigger album. Based on that alone, it will make a lot. Let's just hope it has some creativity and originality in it. I'm not really feeling that Chinese Democracy song much. I think fans are still curious though.

If this were an actual GnR album, with the original members, absolutely.

This thing is an Axl Rose album with a backing band. IF it ever sees the light of day, it'll sell. but not like Use Your Illusion.

Use Your Illusion was released seperately, is it considered a double album?

At the time the two single releases where set up to compete with one another. Considered a double disc regarding sales but..

I think with Chinese people will be curious and be buying the thing..enough for it to be considered a hit, not the same success as when the original GnR was selling out arenas. Still I predict great sales for Axl's GnR.

I would like some of the meds he is on 'yeah slash great guy, haven't talked with him in ten years...' kinda like someone saying 'yeah my exwife, great lady, haven't seen her in ten years when I walked in on her bl=wing the mail man' Damn!!!

Ex-GNR guitarist Slash spoke to WMMR in Philadelphia on Friday, where he said that he can't wait to hear Axl's new record in March. When asked if he meant the long awaited "Chinese Democracy" would be out in March he said he's been told many things over time, but this time it really sounds like it's coming out. The album has been in the works for over seven years and has reportedly cost $13 million to make, so far.

Rumored track list is as follows:

01. "Chinese Democracy"
02. "This I Love"
03. "I.R.S."
04. "Thyme"
05. "Substitute"
06. "The General"
07. "Seven"
08. "Madagascar"
09. "Ides Of March"
10. "Catcher In The Rye"
11. "Leave Me Alone"
12. "The Blues"
13. "Closing In On You"
14. "There Was A Time"

No. They are considered seperate albums. Vol I. charted #2 in Billboard, Vol. II charted #1.
