The most natural performes?

Who do you think, guys, looks the most natural onstage doing their thing? Not who´s the best singer, dancer, musician, whatever, but who´s the most natural?

My vote would go for Michael Jackson and Madonna. ANd probably Prince as well.

The rest seems to be just "trying" to look cool doing their thing, but those I think were born to entertain and you can see they love every second of it.

Of all the many concerts I've seen, no vocalist has been as effortless on stage as Annie Lennox.

mj and madonna are anything but effortless on stage..they are great but every thing they do looks calculated and contrived, imho.

on the other hand, sade and tina turner flow....elegant, simple yet dynamic and powerful.

a new comer who one day will be a force in this world is lizz wright..like sade she captivates the audience just standing there.

they are calculated, but they still do it naturally.

Sade is captivating, true.

Haven´t seen any of her concert, cause I am not into her music that much. Gotta check her out.

Annie Lennox? I've never seen her in concert, but I've seen her ing live on TV, and anything from the last 10 years has been far from effortless.

you can practice, be choreographed, but I think it is even harder to be natural when you are choreographed than to be just yourself - that´s why I picked MJ and Madonna, cause they can be choreographed and just themselves and be natural all the time. But some ppl not natural even when they are not choreographed and can be themselves - I find Mick Jagger very unnatural for example even though he seems to be just himself.

I would have to add the late, great David Ruffin. He was a born entertainer. Also another great, Jackie Wilson. He seemed to ooze charisma.

Maybe I'm answering the question wrong in terms of natural vs. effortless. Annie and Bowie take the cake in terms of effortless live vocals though.
