How telling is it that a mod would be the first to stoop so low?

I have both the advance and official CD (the only difference being the advance is uncensored with the PA sticker on the front) and I've seen them live twice (the second time being last week here in NYC). I really like them. I think their sound is a great blend of retro metal and new wave. And the video for 'Nth Degree' is fantastic. But Pitchfork trashed the album on their site so hipsters and music snobs should probably steer clear.

Some of the posturing got to a point of Scott Stapp deseparation to be believably cool. I really like Chantal but they need to work on their songs. They have like two good songs and the rest is filler.

It's clear that Morningwood don't take themselves seriously unlike the former Creed frontman. And obviously I feel they have more than two good songs if I bought the official CD even though I already had the advance promo.

Maybe if sosgemini himself had named the band after a slang word for an erection, then maybe you could get on your high horse.

I'm not much of a hipster not saying you are. If it makes you feel better I wasn't impressed w/ the Sufjan Stevens or MIA albums.
