Tony Bennett is a favorite of mine, i love his voice and song selections, he`s so much more than just "another" Frank Sinatra.

or just a really bad Peter Max.

A Charlie Brown Christmas, easily.
'Cause your friends don't dance, and if they don't dance... well, they're no friends of mine.

Would have been mine, but A-M-C was my choice for sentimental reasons (first Christmases spent listening to this album), and because they have so many definitive versions of songs on that album:

- Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town

- God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen

- White Christmas

- My Favorite Things (second only to John Coltrane's)

- Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer

Plus some great originals:

- What Christmas Means To Me (along with "This Christmas," one of the best modern Christmas classics)

- My Christmas Tree

The only issue might be that it's not a CD but an LP.

I'm not a big Waitresses fan either, but you figure that song would be the very first track on a New Wave Xmas album.
