i have the Somebodys watching me on CD! i guess im not the only Rockwell fan around!
its a Korean Import, apparently never released anywhere else oh yeah if you liked that album check out his other 2 albums, 
Captured which was released in 1985 and 
Genie which was released in 1986 theres a funky track called "carme'" on the Genie Album, and check out a reggae style track called "baby on the corner" too,fricking sweet! and theres the tracks from the movie The Last Dragon called "we live in a jungle" and "peeping tom" on the Captured album great stuff the other 2 albums are only on cassette and LP mind you,although you can find them easily on www.gemm.com or on ebay. also i have them both converted to CD and MP3 if anyone wants them, i could post them up on a website if i get a chance, some funky tracks in there! You can get Somebodys watching me on CD, its an official Korean release, comes with lyrics inside it too,and the cd label is like a Motown 45 cover! Its never been released on CD anywhere else so this is basically the only way to get it properly and digitally mastered.
