To me, Regina Belle is one of the best singers from the 80s and 90s. Her voice and sound is classy and sophisticated, her songs are timeless. My favorite song has to be "so many tears" and "a whole new world" with Peabo Bryson , but her best album is "reachin` back". She should have done another philadelphia tribute album, her voice seems made for it.
