I was thinking about a woman singer I would gave 1. She made good thing in the 80ies and a lot for women rights. One of the musicians I would premiete is:

NINA HAGEN!

There is a Pulitzer Prize for music.

The Polar Prize is considered to be "the Nobel Prize for musicians". It is, just like the Nobel Prize, handed out by the Swedish king and is highly renowned.

I´m not sure who the most recent winner was, but a couple of years back it was Stevie Wonder and just before him Ravi Shankar.

This is a good Prize and thank you to Sweden and Stig Anderson for this. I think, there are Artists they deserve to been honorated for theyr life work.
