Any kate bush fans in here?

One of my favorite records is kate Bush's "Hounds of love", I recently bought it again on cd ( I had it on vinyl) I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the lyrics of that album. Sometimes I cant make out what she is saying...
Anyone else like that album?

She's awesome...look for her lyrics on http://www.starpulse.com/...index.html

Another good album is "The Dreaming" ...she's a genius!

she's my all time favourite

Got all her albums. Such a pity she's so lazy!

She's just 2 months younger than Prince, Put out her first record back in 1978, just like P. ,but she has only published 7 albums, last one in 1993. She's been recording again for two years now but she won't hurry.

I couldn´t believe it when I read 10 years ago that they were working together and had recorded no less than 4 tracks.
Unfortunately we´ve only heard two of them

Am I being too enthusiastic?

Bye

I really used to love Kate Bush's music . The Hounds Of Love was a very good album. Do you remember when she was on Saturday Night Live Doing Rolling the Ball??? That was sooo good !!!. What happened to her? I always wanted to buy this song. Does anybody know where I can get a copy of it or if it is on any album?

Rolling the ball is actually called Them Heavy People.
It's on her 1978 debut The Kick Inside.
A fine album.

On Emancipation.
Although she's mixed so far into the background she may as well not be there.

Did anyone notice the similarities between Kates "deeper understanding" and Princes "my computer"? Both songs are about computers and how they each find comfort with them. I personally think Prince was inspired by deeper understanding and that is why he asked Kate to perforn on My Computer. Just a thought.

I hope Kates new album features the Trio Bulgarka like her other albums. Deeper Understanding and the other songs they are featured on are incredible. I hope she tours when the album is released. If I could see anyone in concert I would choose her.

I love Kate.

Her new album is almost ready
and should be released this year.

But, she said that last year as well
so I'm not holding my breath.

Hounds of Love has now been remastered
and re-released on CD.
It now includes 6 bonus tracks;
The Big Sky (Meteorogical Mix)
Running Up That Hill (12" Mix)
Be Kind To My Mistakes
Under The Ivy
Burning Bridge
My Lagan Love

Do you remember this movie with Kevin Bacon , I forgot the title (by the director of "Breakfast Club"), the final scene with "This Woman's work" makes everyone cry (& love this song too ) as far as I know.

Oh, just thinking of that song makes me weepy. Love Kate Bush. I really hate both collaborations with Prince though. You'd think I'd love them seeing as they are 2 of my favorite artists.

Remember the Utah Saints song "Something Good", which sampled "Cloudbusting" very liberally? Cheesy early 90s rave music, but very very VERY catchy. How couldn't it be - it was basically Kate Bush with a dance beat! They also reworked a Eurythmics song to good effect, as well.

I really like the video to cloudbusting, Donald Sutherland is in it, its great. Kate Bush is very talented and people like Tori Amos and Alanis Morisette all try to jock her. But she is the original. lol

She is sooo cool. I love the album 'Never 4 ever'. I was so shocked when I heard 'The infant kiss'. If that came out now the artist would be arrested. Her last album was very sweet, I bought it on holiday in France. The song 'Rubber band girl reminds me of my friend cat because she’s always pulling up her trousers at work. (Because they ride down a little, she doesn’t take them off or anything.)
