Which artist do you want to see in concert that you haven't seen before?

Hey y'all

We all have at least one artist or band who we want to see perform but we haven't gotten the chance to go to their concerts for whatever the reason. I've been thinking of all the artists I haven't seen in concert yet and the ones I want to go see are (in no particular order):

Madonna
Stevie Wonder
Janet
MJ
I would have love to have seen Luther Vandross

Which performer(s) or band(s) do you want to see or you wish you had seen before they died or broke up?
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

I've seen them live. They are all definitely worth the price of admission.

I've been lucky enough to see most of my favorites. Some that I may never get the chance to see that I wouldn't miss are Joni Mitchell, Kate Bush, Michael Jackson, Gang of Four, Stereolab, Talking Heads, Salt N Pepa, Sade, The Smiths, I'm sure I'm forgetting lots. Most of this is wishful thinking.

A friend of mine went with me and knows very little of her music. He was afraid of the same thing. But he said he was completely into it the whole time and was surprised at how much he liked it. I swear, she can do more with just her voice and a piano than anyone else out there.

VinaBlue keeps telling me how amazing she is. and i believe it. but i just get this image of a bunch of sleepy lesbians with candles singing along to Tori's cover version of Kumbaya. redface

but if i go she had better sing her best song! (i.e. "Caught A Light Sneeze") hmph!

Not likely. That's a fortune to spend for a concert. I'm not really a fan, but if she came here, I'd go with Moonie.

U2 - but the tickets are too hard to get when they play NYC.

And Aretha franklin is my fave female singer, but her concer appearances are too erratic, based on reviews and people I know who have seen her. Some nights she'll be great, other times just going through the motions. Concer tickets cost too damn much for me to take a chance on her like that
