I have to mention
- Kraftwerks "Minimum Maximum" (CD / DVD). Yes, they are still alive and well. Though - in most cases - I slightly do prefer the original versions (especially "The Robots" and "TEE"). But the sound is awesome. The Man Machine is just incredible.

Happy New Years Everybody all around...
My list would be: Jason Star - Unstoppable Michael Jackson - The Essential Billy Joel - My Lives Inxs - Live At Barker Hangar Inxs - Switch Rob Thomas - Something To Be Rob Thomas - Something More Tommy Lee - Tommyland: The Ride Vanilla Ice - Platinum Underground Jamiroquai - Dynamite Earth Wind & Fire - Illumination Also this year I also discovered the song, "You Belong To The City" by Glen Frey. I love it! So, while it is dated "1985" I consider it "2005" because it was the first year I heard it. [Edited 12/31/05 16:30pm] [Edited 12/31/05 16:31pm] [Edited 12/31/05 16:55pm]

Easily A-ha's "ANALOGUE", its their best work, it shows why bands like COLDPLAY and KEANE are nothing but students of A-ha. Though this CD has only been out in Germany and Norway, it wont reach the UK till mid Januray and the USA till the spring. Madonna's "Confessions" and Beck's "Guero" were the only albums that come to mind as far as very memorable. I have to give the edge to Madge though, although I did buy the special editon of Beck's because I had such faith in it.
Ok: Ozzy Osbourne-"Under Cover" (a good album but dissapointing that most of the album is stuff already released on his boxed set from earlier this year...I pretty much bought the album of covers!) Toni Braxton-"Libra" (I listened to it for like a full day..need to find it again) New albums I have but probably didn't give a chance: Rolling Stones-"Bigger Bang" Stevie Wonder-'A Time To Love" White Stripes-"Get Behind Me Satan" (I thought I had this one figured out but didn't realize that they do "Walking With The Ghost" although I still prefer the Sarah and Teagan verison). Kelly Clarkson-"Breakaway" (late 2004) Geri Halliwell-"Passion" Neil Diamond-"12" (Slight) dissapoinment of the year: Neil Young-"Prairie Wind" Bought and overpaid for the DVd verison, which doesn't play on my DVD player! It's nice but I don't think it's up there with "Harvest" and "Harvest Moon"...the horns really don't fit in most songs.
