What's your favorite X-Mas song?

Although I love Nat King Cole's Christmas album, the Temptations, James Brown, Johnny Mathis, and Luther Vandross....

My fav. is:

"Merry Christmas Baby" by Otis Redding
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Seriously I'm not kidding, it's 'Merry Christmas Everyone' by Shakin Stevens boxed
*edit* I've just listened to some of it... OK, maybe it's just Mariah's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You'.

Not a big fan of the traditional carols, no matter who jazzes them up.

I have dozens of Christmas albums, so I can't list just one.

Here are but a few:

"What Child Is This?" -- The Vince Guaraldi Trio
"The Christmas Song" -- Nat "King" Cole
"Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town" -- The Jackson 5
"What Christmas Means To Me" -- Stevie Wonder
"My Favorite Things" -- The Supremes
"Another Lonely Christmas" -- Prince and the Revolution
"Sleigh Ride" -- Ella Fitzgerald
"Silent Night" -- Wynton Marsalis
"Noel Nouvelet" -- The George Shearing Quintet
"Feliz Navidad" -- Jose Feliciano
"'Twas The Night Before Christmas" -- Wynton Marsalis
"The Christmas Waltz" -- Nancy Wilson

I'll agree that there are quite a few good ones, but for me...

...The Christmas Song by Nat King Cole has a major edge.

John Lennon -Happy Christmas (War is Over)
Jackson 5 -Santa Clause is Coming to Town
Prince -Another Lonely Christmas
The Arrogant Worms -Christmas Sucks
David Bowie & Bing Crosby -Little Drummer Boy
Smashing Pumpkins -Christmastime
Burl Ives -Silver and Gold (from the 1964 Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer movie. I watch that thing every year.)

And though it doesn't properly have words to it, I really like the song the Who's down in Whoville sing at the end of How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
