I noticed that song climbing the charts...did it make it to the Top 20?

It peaked at # 8 on the Hot 100 . (now #41) Im fairly certain it hit number #1 on the dance charts early this year.

...a very rare dance crossover hit these days

Impressive. Never heard it once on the hit radio station here in Detroit...Not a surprise, sadly.

I went through my back issues of Billboard and looked for any song that made the top 10 on both the dance chart and Hot 100 since 2000 and came up with this list:

Blue (Da Ba Dee) - Eiffel 65
Music - Madonna
It Feels So Good - Sonique
There You Go - Pink
Be With You - Enrique Iglesias
Gotta Tell You - Samantha Mumba
Dance With Me - Debelah Morgan
Don't Tell Me - Madonna
All For You - Janet
Love Don't Cost A Thing - Jennifer Lopez
Lady Marmalade - Christina Aguilera, Lil' Kim, Mya & Pink
Survivor - Destiny's Child
Thank You - Dido
Someone To Call My Lover - Janet
Hero - Enrique Iglesias
Turn Off The Light - Nelly Furtado
Get The Party Started - Pink
Whenever, Wherever - Shakira
Can't Get You Out Of My Head - Kylie Minogue
Ain't It Funny - Jennifer Lopez
Underneath Your Clothes - Shakira
Die Another Day - Madonna
Cry Me A River - Justin Timberlake
Beautiful - Christina Aguilera
Rock Your Body - Justin Timberlake
So Gone - Monica
Crazy In Love - Beyonce
Baby Boy - Beyonce featuring Sean Paul
Milkshake - Kelis
Me Myself And I - Beyonce
Toxic - Britney Spears
Naughty Girl - Beyonce
Diary - Alicia Keys
Lose My Breath - Destiny's Child
Soldier - Destiny's Child
Mr. Brightside - The Killers
Lonely No More - Rob Thomas
We Belong Together - Mariah Carey
Don't Cha - Pussycat Dolls
Pon De Replay - Rihanna
Lose Control - Missy Elliot

Obviously many of these are not dance songs in their original form, but I thought I'd give you the whole list and let you guys decide for yourselves.

Listen to Your Heart - D.H.T. ??

Oddly enough, this song was not big in clubs and never charted on Billboard's dance chart. It's definitely a dance song though.

I think the regular version of Samantha Mumba's "Gotta Tell You" is pretty dancy also.

I will admit that the success of "Hung Up" inspired the thought behind this thread, but it doesn't pertain only to Madonna. The list speaks for itself- dance music has lost its pop audience in all but a few cases.
