I got the Juicy Fruit album last week in San Diego and spun it for the first time yesterday. The only Mtume song I knew before was "Juicy Fruit", which I adore, so I thought I'd give it a try. Holy mother of funk! I like the album A LOT, particularly the song "Hips". That cheap synth makes me so happy!

Yeah, they're great. I like every song I've heard them sampled in too. They go really well with The Gap Band. You gonna update your "Old School Bitches" discs now that you've picked up this and the Mary Jane Girls?
