Sharon Osbourne on Madonna: "You can't one day be in Horse And Hound and the next in Dyke Weekly."

Not sure where this originated, but I found it at www.velvetrope.com:

SHARON Osbourne has launched her most foul-mouthed attack yet on Madonna, accusing the pop queen of looking like "an old hooker".

The X Factor judge laid into the 47-year-old for constantly swapping her image and becoming obsessed with the Kabbalah religious sect.

Sharon, 53, stormed: "It's like dressing up with her.

"One day you're in f***ing gun gear, then you're in horsing gear, then you dress like a f***ing dyke, then you dress like a hooker, then you're in a flowery dress reading kids' poetry looking like a f***ing librarian - then you're back looking like an old hooker again."

Her rant continued: "For f**k's sake, who are you? At that age, you should know who you are, what bloody religion you are and what you represent.

"You can't be all things to everyone and true to yourself. I don't care who you are." Mocking Madonna's country house image and lesbian kiss with Britney Spears in a pop video, Sharon spat: "You can't one day be in Horse And Hound and the next in Dyke Weekly."

Sharon, married to rocker Ozzy, said Madge had no business writing "silly" kids' books - and acting prim by not letting her kids watch TV.

She went on: "Oh that's f***ing ridiculous, crap, f*** off - what a load of b*****ks!" The rock boss, recently voted Most Popular Expert at the National TV Awards, hissed: "And writing those painful silly books and reading them to your kids! If my mum came to me with a book like that I'd say, 'F***ing stick it up your a***'. F***ing English Roses - b*****ks."

Sharon has a long history with the Material Girl. Last month she said she'd "like to punch" Madonna, calling her "full of s***".

Sharon also told Word magazine that her father, music manager Don Arden, no longer recognises her.

Arden, 79, who managed Gene Vincent, the Small Faces, Black Sabbath and ELO developed Alzheimer's disease in 2001 - the year he and Sharon ended a 20-year feud. His condition has worsened.

She said: "I saw my dad two weeks ago and now he doesn't know who I am. It's so painful to watch anybody, whether you love them or not, going through that."

Sharon also explained how she spent £3million on cosmetic surgery "to fit in".

She said: "People have no idea how much flippant remarks about overweight people hurt. People feel sorry for drug addicts but they don't feel sorry for food addicts.

"People react to me differently now. Before, I would have doors slammed in my face, 'Hmph, fat cow!' Unfortunate, but true.

"I just wanted to fit in. Now I'm confident. If you're confident, it draws people to you."

The whole thing's pretty damned hilarious...especially the Horse and Hound line.
I'm sure she and Madonna do yoga together or something.

i got that impression, too. sharon's rant is way too funny to be sincere. i'm sure this is just her way of helping madge get some publicity. nothing makes you cooler than being trashed by another celebrity, after all.

That's why it was the re-invention tour.

She can't deside who she really is. She does jump on the bandwagon a lot. But thats Madonna. If she didn't, she would be Lindsay Lohan.

She's the best marketing whore I have seen in my whole life.

Its all a bit obvious though isnt it, attacking madonna because of her many faces. I mean for fucks sake, thats her thing....its a fucking stage act, its not actually her as a person. One thing that struck me about her documentary is that in print she professes to be all these things, all these stupid soundbites, but when you see her being normal, shes just this cheeky girl from michigan still, joking around wanting to be centre of attention. All this other stuff, its just what she does as a job. I dont think shes that fucked up as a person.

Im sure Sharon Loves maddy really. Shes probably just pissed because everyone's talking about madonna's botox and not hers.

sharon osbourne must be very bored...or lonely. it takes effort to get that worked up about somebody with whom you've no relationship. and if sharon has had work done she really needs to not pass judgement on others who are changing their look. lol talk about bullocks!

if i were sharon i'd be much more concerned with ozzy than madonna. fucking travesties. lol

if you want people to listen to you... say something about Madonna. than talk about what you really want to talk about.

i disagree...a perfect example of someone who has remained herself through it all:

madonna's changing of her image used to be fun when she was in the thick of whats hip..but whenever i see new pics of her new "image" it just smacks of desperation IMHO...i kinda thought that with her cowboy look from Music...but that worked...something about this disco diva look that doesnt come off as hip.

Prcisely. Think of how much can be said of the way she's a crutch for her family's wild ways (including but not limited to chronic alcoholism & drugging synthetic heroin like Oxy Contin), not to mention her OWN reputation in the music industry (there are people whose faces turn white at the mention of her name because of being victim to her ways...she's more destructive than Naomi, LOLOL:lol:), but yet this is a woman who shows up at every Hollywood function, and every politically connected function possible (f**k whichever party it is) in Van Cleef Diamonds, a friggin' tiara, and cinched waist evening gown attempting to project an image as if she just stepped off the royal grounds of York or Cornwall. Funny stuff, indeed (or maybe just a case of 'it takes one to know one wink ).

it's all show. Can Sharon see that. Madonna is the Madonna you see on Truth or Dare or I'm Going To Tell You A Secert. Sometimes it shows through in certain interviews but all the looks are show. To keep people talking. obviously it works

again...who would laugh louder at this rant than madonna herself? i think sharon is taking the piss more out of the media than she is out of ol' madge. sharon's not stupid enough to aim at such a big target, and she's smart enough to know how to manipulate the media for the sake of herself and her friends. think about it!

i don't doubt Sharon's reason for my first post about if you want media coverage talk about Madonna than talk about what you really want to talk about. the second post was more directed to people on here.

Madonna like's to play different characters, explore different parts of her personality, so be it. It's pretty much expected for her to have a new "look" for each album. Prince has been doing this for years as well.

She may be all over the place acting wild and crazy one minute and matronly the next, but when it comes to her kids she's always in "mom" mode.

If Sharon and Ozzy want to raise their kids like rock stars, and expose them to all that, that's their business. But it's not unreasonable for someone like Madonna to want to present herself more respectably to her kids.
