That performance was lack luster. What a weird duo. I actually like Lisa Marie's voice, usually. I love the her deep alto sound. I also don't think that everyone that puts out an album has to "saaang" like Whitney or Mariah. I AM BEATLOAF

 I agree. You don't need a multi-octave voice to sound good for your style of music. I wouldn't call Lisa Marie the best singer out there, and she certainly can't compare to her dad but her voice is decent enough for what she does.
Gotta be rough to be a relative of such a superstar, no? On the one hand she had it infinitely easier getting into the business than most people ever will, but she can't escape comparisons to dear old dad. If she wasn't being held up against the work of "the King" she'd be getting better reviews and less criticism, I think. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!" | |

I like some of her songs like Better Beware or I´ll figure it out, but most of the live performances I´ve seen weren´t good at all, plus she still seems to be quite nervous onstage - not totally relaxed, which sure doesn´t add much to the quality of her performance. BTW anyone seen her new video Idios? i saw some previews on the net. SHe looks oosooooo cool in it. I love the style of clothes and makeup she´s wearing there.
