I am so glad I tracked this from vinyl...

These Touch remixes are really nice.



PS, I saw the official advertisement for the remasters with bonus tracks in the Q!!!

I like them all, fault of good memories. To me, at the time, it was as much as an extension to the album as any other b-side.

I think it gets overlooked because many of the remixes don't change the songs too much. But I love me some Touch Dance.

The fact that the songs were not altered beyond recognition is what especially appeals to me. It's called subtlety, innit? And we loves it!

I love how just a few 'touches' can totally give you a new appreceation of a song you know so well.

Is why I learned to love most of Björk's remixes as well. And Roísín Murphy's. That's Moloko's singer gone solo. If you haven't checked out the album, please do so. And when she plays near you; GO! She is not to be missed.
