Anyway i have a feeling that she made sure well b4 he was even aware of his situation, that SHE had her contracts working more in her favor....I hate to make this into a Black and White thing but in this country white women are expected to get more anyway than a black man from the jump. So her initial contracts were always better to begin with i bet.....(speculation only)

Madonna was orignally only on a three single deal with Sire. Prince was orginally on a three album deal. Madonna always had her eye on the money. Prince didn't. It's not a race thing. Prince from the start had a better contract. Madonna just hired the right people Freddy DeMan and her business manager she has had from the get go. She wouldn't fire the peopel who wouldn't let her do what she wanted to do. Don't blame Prince's failure to understand how business and money to work on race. He had his chances, and failed everytime time.
