I thought of this while on the thread with the new pics of Michael and his kids, but didn't want to threadjack, so here we are.

There are people who say Michael Jackson's children cannot possibly be his biologically because they are so light-skinned and he is naturally much darker than they are. I'd say, chances are, you're right. It is pretty unusal that they're the shade they are, even with a white mother.

Unusual, but not impossible.

Let me introduce you to my family. My mom is white, with blonde hair and grey eyes, and my dad was native, with black hair, brown eyes, and dark skin. They were friends with several mixed white/native couples, all of whom had kids before them. Each of these couple's children turned out with tan skin, black or dark brown hair, and dark eyes -just as was expected.

When I was born it was a shock. Lily white skin, blue eyes and red hair. They figured I was a fluke and accepted it. When my sister was born -more surprise. More lily white skin and more red hair. But at least she got the expected brown eyes.

I realize that there are going to be differences between a black/white mix and a native/white mix, but the chances of having a white-looking child are about the same. And I though I do agree that chances are those kids aren't really Michael's offspring, I thought I should point out that it's not impossible, just improbable. I'm proof.


btw -the pic doesn't really do justice. The flash makes my dad look paler than he really was.

Wearing those shades inside must have affected it somehow.

LOL. Those were just his regular glasses. They were supposed to be the kind the changed colour in sunlight, but they never really worked properly and were always dark.

i know a family like that. except the dad is australian aboriginal. the first boy came out looking kinda mixed, but more like a really tanned white person. then the next girl came out pure white, blonde hair and freckles. if i told you she was aborinal and showed you a picture you wouldnt beleive me. then the next girl came out the same way as the other girl, pure white skin, freckles and blonde hair. the dad is the same colour black as michael was.
