Alice keeps me entertained for days at a time this time of year, and I love Rob Zombie/White Zombie - Dragula is my fave tune of theirs. I've already mentioned them in another thread, but I must listen to lots and lots of Misfits this time of year. Theirs is the ideal rock soundtrack for Halloween!

Oh HELL yeah! Of course, it has to be the Misfits with Glen Danzig. The Danzig-less version sucks!

Pretty much their entire catalogue is essential Halloween listening!

It would be a sin to not mention the original Goth masters, Bauhaus.

Except for "Bela Lugosi's Dead", I don't really think of Bauhaus as fun.

I dunno. I can find it fun to listen to their dark, disturbing stuff. Not all the time, but certainly on All Hallow's Eve.

you win! that's the scariest song ever shake I admit I used to like that song, but now I couldn't bring myself to listen to it.

mad I love that song. I always do that silly dance he did on the chorus.

"they do what they wanna do, say what they wanna say....." catchy.

Next up, we have the band that gave us a song that has pratically become a friggin Halloween carol! Of course, I am speaking of Blue Oyster Cult and their classic hit "Don't Fear the Reaper". Quite possibly, the song that is used in more horror films than any other.

Good choice! Now give us their essential Halloween tracks!

well, I don't really know what a halloween track is?

Tormentor is porbably more terrifying

Wild Child could be about kids running wild, even though the video has bikers in it.

anyting by King Diamond or Mercufyl Fate, but he is really evil, so I rather not post his pic, so is Glenn btw, even though I like his music.

Dirty Black Summer was the shit and the whole Danzig 2 and 3 album. Mother off of the first one.

Good stuff, Lilgish! I have "Werewolves of London" on my Halloween compilation! It's an absolute must for the season!

I totally agree about King Diamond. He's just a little too serious about his satanic stuff for me to enjoy. I feel the same way about The Electric Hellfire Club, even though I really enjoy a few of their tracks. Their cover of Type O Negative's "Black No. 1 (Little Miss Scare-all)" totally rules.

A modern day man of steel
I gather darkness to please me
And I command you to kneel
