Well, I see Kraftwerk, Devo, Michael Jackson, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Hall and Oates, The English Beat (maybe ), Culture Club, The Thompson Twins, The Cure, Duran Duran, Blondie, Robert Palmer, and David Bowie but I'm too lazy to point out exactly where.

Row 7 is tough, but that last column should be easy for whoever recognizes those hats.
