"George Bush Don't Like Black People" the song

I was on my way to school this morning and I was listen to Tom Jouyner Show on Magic 102 in Houston. Well, they played this song by a rapper called "George Bush Don't Like Black People" using the Kanye West Gold Digger beat. It was a very interesting song.

Has anyone heard it and dpes anyone know tha rapper.
