Duran Duran are masters of extended versions. They truly are extended versions of their songs, not just a repeating of a vocal over a drum loop. Nick once said that their first 12 inch single was done by actually writing out an extended version of their song and re-recording it. They had no idea that extended versions were done by using editing effects in a studio. That was for Planet Earth. I love the bassline in that.

Which cd is more essential.I have some of the Night Versions mixes,but I also saw that Strange Behaviour cd.I need to invest.

I would go with the double disc. Later on you can get the singles box sets. That way you can have all the b-sides which are their best songs, imo.

Thank you,ma'am.I will get it. The cd's are soo expensive. I also want the dvd of their videos,but that price tag is killing me. Man,if I were President I'd make music cheaper for fans so they can get exposed to more stuff. I'd also change the way record companies are run and radio stations would be under my control so that "new religion" is played next to "bitches brew" next to "hangover nine"!!
