At The Close Of A Century is the only real one worth getting. Other than that, Original Musiquarium is dated by now but it still flows really well.

Song Review is OK for a quick briefing, but they cut up some of the songs. I'm not a big fan of the tracklist order chosen for that new double album from a couple of years ago.

really though, Stevie Wonder is like the Beatles or the Stones, any album he made within a certain period (I'd say from about 1970-1976) is a greatest hits collection unto itself. Settling for a boxset for Stevie would be like getting a Beatles compilation instead of just listening to the Rubber Soul through Abbey Road run of albums, or the stones Beggars' Banquet to Exile on main street run.

I'm a huge Michael fan. I love the song "Get It" on Characters. Are any of the other songs on Characters following that same kind of feel to them - music wise?

Although it contains no rarities, outtakes, demo versions or alternate takes, this 4-CD box set is very impressive.Interestingly,it contains every song from 'Innervisions' except one ("Jesus Children Of America").The booklet/liner notes are excellent and very informative. The individual albums are a must-have,but this box set is still a great place to start.

'Song Review' could have been a perfect 2-CD compilation, but they screwed it up by not putting the songs in chronological order. The song order is a mess. But it's still a good compilation and it contains many songs that you don't normally find on other sets ("Ebony and Ivory",for example).
