NO WAY!! SAME HERE!!! i'd always skip that song on the album, but when i heard it live that little jam they have at the end really caught my attention! There's another one that got me like that, i'm trying to remember. i know that's how Them Heavy People and Kite won me over, but there's one more.

I still can't really get into Them Heavy People .....I mean I don't hate it....it's just not one of my favorites. James and the Cold Gun sounds better live, imo. Do yourself a favour and pick up The Hounds of Love. In fact, make sure you get the UK re-release from a few years ago. It was remastered with bonus tracks (such as the brilliant "Under the Ivy"). It's a great introduction to her work. Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)

how does kate bush get away with it?
i mean, she's great an all, but she only releases like one album on average every 4-5 yrs, she never tours, she does very little promoting, she's an aquired taste for most... yet she remains incredibly popular and succesful. btw, what about the song "When the Rain Came Down" with Annie Lennox?

Kool!If I did a version, I think mine would include Be Kind To My Mistakes,, Delius, and Blow Away on it....but that's just my two cents...

I think I'm one of the few fans who LOVES "Heads We're Dancing". It was a song that I overlooked at first.....after the first listen I didn't think much of it and didn't really listen to it alot compared to th other songs on Sensual World. I love it now though. I have this choreographed ballet dance in my mind everytime I hear it.....I know.....C-O-R-N-Y! "as prince goes poom poom poom poom

that's one track i usually skipped. but i can say her absence help me appreciate alot of her earlier stuff, which i didn't know all that well, so i started digging and believe it or not i'd say The Kick Inside, Lionheart and Never Forever are her best! And of course Hounds of Love ranks up there somewhere.
