Have anyone heard "The love we almost had" with Randy Jackson?

Have anyone heard the song The love we almost had with Michael's little brother Randy?

I just love this song, written and composed by Randy. It has a somewhat jazzy feel and I like the pianoparts and guitarparts as well as Randy's vocals.

Yes I heard it. It''s from Randy's only solo. Randy and the Gypsys. Randy writes some very beautiful material, I must say.

Also, has anyone heard his first single from 78' called How Can I Be Sure back with Love Song For Kids w/ little sister Janet's first apperance on record. He had recorded an album and was going to be released, but got shelved because of his car accident.

Ndeed! "The Love we almost Had" is a great track, featuring Brazilian Jazz guitarist Ricardo Silviera! I remember Billboard magazine raving about the Randy and the Gypsys album, but they pointed out that it would probably go unnoticed, because of all the attention on Michael and Janet at the time....They were right, unfortunately...

I had no idea he performed it on American Bandstand...is it fair to say the car accident spoiled his chances to go solo with real promotion from a record company?

Randy Jackson is the most talented Jackson brother, more than Jermaine...

He's a very good multi-instrumentalist (the best of the whole family), a good singer (not great) and a good composer...

I noticed that a long time ago, when I saw him play bass and keyboards in some Jackson concerts in the 70's, he was very young (like 15/16 years old)...
