Gwen Stefani's Cool Video 
I just saw this video for the 1st time...damn! does she look good...she is so hot...nice to see her without pink hair or all punked out like in the no doubt days. I can't remember the song to save my life...was a song actually playing? This and Jessica Simpsons Dukes of Hazzard video is making me want to watch mtv or vh-1 again. | |

I'm not really a Gwen fan, but I really like the song Cool.
It's perhaps my favorite song at the moment, when I first saw the video and heard the song, it stopped me dead in my tracks. It was so moving and sweet. By splicing the images of the old boyfriend-girlfriend relationship with their new encounter, the director really captured all the complex feelings of seeing an old flame with a new love. And I like how the Gwen character wasn't even jealous 'cause they've been through too much for such bullshit. She and Tony are like that obviously. Really cool song. "After all that we've been through, I know we're we're kewl."

One thing about the video is that they don't show Gwen with her new man, just Gwen alone writhing on her bed thinking about her old man who has moved on.  | |

it's alright. i really hate the guy in it. he looks so skeezy.
but, she's REALLY Madonna'd out in this one. particularly the flashback scenes, where she's brunette in the polka-dot dress. the head flipping back part, etc. i like it. "Awards are like hemorrhoids. Sooner or later, every asshole gets one." | |
