She went on to debunk another rumor. “Gwen Stefani is not guesting on the record either. It’s all Madonna, all the time — a total dance record called 'Confessions on a Dance Floor.' Another day, another round of rumors....lol...swiped this from another forum...
"Just relaying a post...who knows if it's true...this person claims to work for the marketing department or something at Warners...I'm surprised that someone THAT close to the project would so easily divulge info even at the risk of losing their job...and why post at Peter Rauhofer's forum?...Would it not make more sense to post it on a Madonna forum? This info has nothing to do with Rauhofer directly...ANYWAY...here's what was posted: The demo master has 16 tracks, only 13 of them will make it to the album 1.Around The Clock (4:59) 2.Hung Up (first single 4:07) 3.24/7 (3:44) 4.The Demon's Disco (5:01) 5.Face (Smile On Ur Face) (4:26) 6.Trivial Things (6:43) 7.The Song (3:11) 8.Returning Home (4:18) 9.Lies (Little White Lies) (3:42) 10.Deying Gravity (On The Dancefloor) (5:09) 11.Boy (4:32) 12.The Stare (Spreading My Wings) (4:35) 13.I Love New York (second single 4:13) 14.Signs (3:55) 15.Nightmare (6:22) 16.Beat Box (5:28) Again, the final album tracks (13) is not ready yet.Madonna and Warner are still in meetings..it's from the guy who works at Warners. There is going to be a casting call for dancers and actors for the shooting of "Hung Up",the agents breakdown is going out next Monday. MTV will be full of Madonna in the fall."Making The Video" will premier on MTV with the new video,as I heard. Madonna has asked her gal-pal Ingrid Casares to be in charge of a national promotional tour.Ingrid is part owner of a Miami-based dance club promoting company, and Madonna wants her to put togehter a promotional tour. There will be Official Album release parties in selected clubs nationally,in which Madonna would attend some of them. Very possible that Madonna is coming to Miami for MTV's VMAs to promote new single...and perform it live.I think it's just a rumour, because Ingrid Casares is doing MTV Video Music Awards party...but I like it. Madonna WILL NOT,AGAIN,WILL NOT sample an Abba song."Ring Ring" has nothing to do with Madonna's new single or album. The first single "Hung Up" (to hit radio stations very soon, planned for her Bday) is going to be a BIG BIG techno/disco stomper,a very old-feeling Madonna track, but revolutionary and "new" at the same time, like "Frozen","Ray Of Light",and "Music".

on one Madonna fansite, someone claims that the song "Little White Lies" has already leaked...it's being described as a "very 80s sounding track".

2.Hung Up (first single 4:07) 3.24/7 (3:44) 4.The Demon's Disco (5:01) 5.Face (Smile On Ur Face) (4:26) 6.Trivial Things (6:43) Yeah, 7 minutes. Sure. 7.The Song (3:11) 8.Returning Home (4:18) 9.Lies (Little White Lies) (3:42) 10.Deying Gravity (On The Dancefloor) (5:09) "On The Dancefloor" was the original title of the Kylie song that became "Dancefloor". Now I see the fakers have added "Defying Gravity" to the title, making it incredibly schizophrenic & hilarious. 11.Boy (4:32) This is another Kylie song. 12.The Stare (Spreading My Wings) (4:35) 13.I Love New York (second single 4:13) 14.Signs (3:55) 15.Nightmare (6:22) Yeah, 6 minutes. Sure. 16.Beat Box (5:28) Yeah, 16 tracks. Sure. Funniest tracklisting yet! Keep 'em coming, David. Every title must have (a parenthetical part). [Edited 7/29/05 13:42pm]

From Liz Smith's column in the NY Post: WHO are the happiest music executives in the land these days? The big guys at Warner Bros. All who have heard Madonna's upcoming CD 'Confessions On A Dancefloor' have been blown away.(Including WR's movie-star handsome CEO Tom Whalley).'Confessions' is entirely a dance-driven pop disc.No message. No ballads. All fun. These days M seems serene as the chatelaine of an English manor, feeding the chickens, riding, tending to her children, etc.(She,her home, and her kids are gorgeous in the August issue of Vogue). But the once-shocking icon can still get into the groove. And she wants her fans to know it.The album hits stores in November.

That reminds me, on The Virgin Tour, didnt she pull out a Beat box, proclaiming "I've got a box, anyone want to see it", or something like that. ill bet the parents of those teenage madonnabes loved that. Maybe "Beat Box" is actually a naughty inuendo song.

No matter who the artist or the album, it's always "Label execs are convinced it's the best album of XXX artist's career," or "It's a brilliant album."

I was more partial to Madoona, the nun in the club.
I especially like the Blood On The Dancefloor lettering being incorporated into a Kabbalah red string
