i love the org! you guys chose my music for me all day long! i woke up this morning and checked things out here, saw the janet v madge threads, and went about my day (which after a LONG weekend of work was ALL for ME!) listening to these songs on my ipod.
i've always wanted to like janet. more than i do but i can't help it...and i know i'm in the minority here...but i only like abut half of that cd! from the start until around funky big band (she loses me there) its fantastic. she loses my attention until again comes on and then, once again, she loses my attention. oops gets me back but then its over. for me personally, janet. is her weakest record.  yes, i know a lot of you have just dropped your jaw but i can't help it. i'm just not mad about the record.
erotica on the other hand has far more consistency for me. while i always skip fever and why's it so hard, the rest of the cd is perfection! in the right mood i may even listen to fever (not why's it so hard, though...i always abhor that track). anyway, just wanted to get that off my chest.  | |
