Oh, and I met Jeffery Daniels from Shalamar yesterday too at a Michael Jackson party. He performed an acoustic version of 'Rock With You', bodypopped to 'PYT' and then did a bit of 'A Night To Remember'. He was SO nice.

Oh man, soz guys no pics from the show @ the Appollo on Thursday night, but all i can say is that its the first time Ive seen him live and he was totally incredible!!!!!
hilights for me
1) his entrance with his shades and the black gown with red lining
2) non stop funk for around 2 hours with hardly any breaks
3) his drummer Cindy was one sexy & talented laydee and her drum solo was criminal
4) Lenny saying" i aprpeciate u all coming to c me today, in the current circumstances"
5) only mentioning the trinity twice,
6) are u gona go my way, closing the show @ the end
7) his mix of funky rock & ballads

Fields of Joy and especially its intro was AMAZING...plus the interplay between Craig Ross and Lenny was ELECTRIC.

Don't know who he's dating but I too fell off when he dropped "Lenny". HOWEVER he sorta came back w/ Baptism - there's at least 3 great songs on it. Still a bit weak for a Lenny album, but so much better than "Lenny" I had to forgive the bastid
