Imagine Prince playin this It is so heartening to see so many Funkadelic threads. I am an Ol' School Funkateer who worships all that is STANK!!!! Hearing so many amazing Prince guitar solos (Just My Imagination, Joy in Repetition, War, ect.) I dream of being in the room when Prince tackles "Maggot Brain". No dissin' Michael Hampton at all. How many times has he ripped me apart with his playin'Eddies transcendent moment. I really pray that one day His-Purple-Heineee interpets this classic.

Blackbyrd (P-Funk guitarist) said that George told him Prince wants to come onstage and play "MaggotBrain" with the Mob. Byrd said he's been waiting for 9 years for Prince to come onstage and jam the song with them.... He thinks Prince will never do it, becuae he's backed out too many times. | |
