I wasn't calling either of them fat, I was commenting on some of the goofy things they've done (cosmetic and otherwise) to make themselves look thinner. Janet and Paula already look fine the way they are, the things listed above made them look silly IMO. | |

I didn't even notice the sprayed-on abs until it was mentioned here. Even if Mariah had done ab crunches for six minutes straight three times a day for two weeks in a row, her abs would not show any definition on her body unless she also lost body fat elsewhere on her body. She would definitely be ripped underneath, but no one would be able to see it. In fact, just doing spot exercise on her abs without doing any other strength training or cardio exercise would only push the fat around her torso outward, though she would not have any flab in her waist. Some of the fat around her belly would have melted off, but not enough to show any muscular six-pack.
