Man, the BEP's are lame. I heard of them in 98 with that Joints and Jamz (I think) song and I thought they were cool. I thought they'd blow up with the song they did with Macy Gray in 2001 but they didn't. At the time, they sounded fresh to me. When I heard and saw the video to "Where Is The Love" I knew they would blow up but for once it made me sad. They blew up because they got Fergie in the group. To me she was the biggest sign of them selling out. I don't like her voice and I don't see what she brings to the table for them. Another thing I remember that no one brought up was that Justin Timberlake was on the song and if we go back to 2003, everything he did turned into gold so him being on that track helped them a lot. Plus all the other songs after "Where Is..." just sucked. Don't get me started on Don't Phunk With My Heart." The video's lame too. It's "Hey Ya" meets The Price Is Right. And I don't mind positive rap and all but don't sell out in the process and unfortunately the BEP have done just that. That's just my 2 cents.

And despite good success working with the BEP and Snoop Dogg, Justin is still receiving mixed reactions from the fans & critics alike.
