Having Another Album Moment......This Time Its Gil Scott-Heron/Brian Jackson
and The Midnight Band The First Minute Of A New Day To me, this album made Gil Scott-Heron, Gil Scott-Heron.... If that makes any sense.. "Johannesburg" is when I first discovered brotha Gil.... But this album, made me a admirer for life!!!! I could comment on each song, but all of them stands out!!! Okay..Of course my favorites are "Ain't No Such Thing As Superman" & "Winter In America".... But as a whole, this a great album... Never took the needle off... Who else enjoys Gil Scott-Heron's The First Minute Of A New Day???
