I think DC's personality or lack thereof gets under my skin more. They seem so ditzy and phony in interviews. Instead of worrying about their hair, make-up, and clothes, I think they should practice their social skills a little more often. Oh man, En Vouge by a mile. I didn't buy any of their albums but I liked the songs they released. I like Destiny's Child but between the 2, the Funky Divas got it on lock. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |

1. En Vogue is better than DC, not because En Vogue is the greatest ever, but DC has put out some of the worst songs in the history of popular music.
2. En Vogue had chops, but their no match for Diana and the Supremes. Diana Ross is a great live performer, quite honestly one of the most electrifying/charismatic of her type. Diana alone would blow En Vogue away in their prime. | |

My challenge was not for "20 En Vogue Songs" but "a comparable En Vogue list of 20 strong songs". Again, The Supremes were not even part of the original discussion. But so be it. Then you came back for seconds on red herring by trying to pit solo vocalist against solo vocalist. 
I personally don't like Diana Ross as a solo artist, but in the context of The Supremes it works. The objective of The Supremes as a group is not to out-sing anybody but to sing the songs. As for your list, imo, they're not 20 strong songs and they're definitely not comparable to The Supremes 20. (Foster & McElroy vs Holland, Dozier, Holland? Las Vegas probably wouldn't even put that on the board. )
How about an "E" for effort? 
Someday We'll Be Together stays on the list because it's the last #1 Supremes single...

Berry Gordy was using totally different backing vocalists on both of THOSE songs. Love Child especially was a experiential song use to test how well Diana would handle the solo artist role in the future. You're right to say that both songs are billed as Diana Ross & The Supremes.
