I dunno whether these qualify as "evil," but here are some songs that lament about women:

Shockadelica -- Prince

Almost Gothic -- Steely Dan

Super Freak -- Rick James

Minnie The Moocher -- Cab Calloway

Nice thread. There is a song called "The Devil In Ms. Jones". I don't know who sings it, it's an r&b song. Around 75, 76. But, this song used to scare the shit out of me! I mean, really. Whenever the song would come on the radio, I would turn that shit off. Some woman is laughing all through the song, like a witch. Very evil sounding. Ya'll know who sung that?

Ah, Steely Dan. Between the group and Donald Fagen, here's a few that fall into the evil or lament categories...

Lunch With Gina
That must be her again
She's leaning on my bell
That cold psychotic ring
The one I know so well
So I'm nailed to the floor in the no-option zone
There's about zero chance she'll give up and go home

Negative Girl
Another negative girl
At the edge of the frame
Deliciously toxic
The original classic thing - more of the same

Black Cow
I can't cry anymore
While you run around
Break away
Just when it
Seems so clear
That it's
Over now
Drink your big black cow
And get out of here

And the one that has my favorite descriptive line...

Tomorrow's Girl
They're mixing with the population
A virus wearing pumps and pearls
Lord help the lonely guys
Hooked by those hungry eyes
Here come Tomorrow's Girls

Indeed . . . Steely Dan should be required listening for men who've had their hearts stepped on. Great quotes, especially the last one. I like this one . . .

She's pure science with a splash of black cat
She's almost gothic and I like it like that . . .

Oh yeah . . .

Designated Fool -- TTD

Maneater -- Hall and Oates

Mos def. nod
It's the very stylish way they come at the scenarios.

She's old school then she's like young

Get Yo Feet Back On the Ground - Tower of Power
Woman you ain't got no business
Tryin' to run my life
Cause i'm sick and tired of you tryin' to tell me
What's wrong and what it right

Mustang Sally - Wilson Pickett
You been running all over town now.
I guess I'll have to put your flat feet on the ground.

Evil Woman - Spooky Tooth
Woman, when I saw you comin'
Should've started runnin'
Evil woman

Woman, I offered to you my soul
You ran it over hot coals
You evil woman

redface Damn! Good one.
(Having to work between posts. What a drag.)

Let's see what else Mr. Hendrix had to say...

Crosstown Traffic
You're just like crosstown traffic
So hard to get through to you
Crosstown traffic
I don't need to run over you
Crosstown traffic
All you do is slow me down
And I'm tryin' to get on the other side of town

Wait Until Tomorrow
Oh, Dolly Mae, girl, you must be insane,
So unsure of yourself leaning from your unsure window pane
Do I see a silhouette of somebody pointing something from a tree?
CLICK, BANG, what a hang,
Your daddy just shot poor me
And I hear you say, as I fade away

Although not always about evil women, Annie assumes the role of a cool, evil woman in at least half of their songs. lol
