I love Nikka Costa. I have the original version of her CD and I can't wait for the new version to come out next Tuesday. FYI, she's gonna be on Jay Leno on the 26th as well.

new interview here:
http://www.andpop.com/dow...rview1.ram It's funny how she weasels her way out of explaining why "Silver Tongue" didn't end up on her record.

Heard it. It's semi-decent. "I Don't Think We've Met" is cooler.

I posted this else where but I have to shout it from the mountain tops of the Org.
Other artist cameos aside, this is a great album in a world of average ones. It's not about the ballads, it is ALL ABOUT THE FUNK!
Image, live shows, hype and everything else takes a back seat to the fact that out of 11 songs 7 are funk. Imagine my suprise to hear the cover of "mosquitos tweeter". Kick ass song that Nikka does an average job on vocals but the band owns it. Do yourself a favor, run, don't walk, to the store (like I did after reading this thread) and buy this.
