I can't remember where I got it from. And you're right, I don't think it is on US iTunes. I think it was only in some European countries like Germany. Or am I making this all up? What I have are official solo piano versions of "Sleeps with Butterflies", "Orange Knickers", "Seaside", and "Crazy". And they're great!

Mike Gray, Chris and Oskaline were the first to tell me that the iTunes Music Store for the U.K. and Germany includes an EP called "iTunes Sessions" by Tori Amos. The EP features solo piano versions of Sleeps With Butterflies, The Power Of Orange Knickers, Seaside and Crazy. These are piano versions of the songs. I don't think they are live performances because there is no audience noise. If you have access to the U.K. itunes music store and have iTunes installed, you should be able to get to this EP by clicking here. Keep in mind iTunes will not let you purchase the music unless you live in that country, and you must have a valid billing address in that country to purchase music. (I have also gotten reports that this item is no longer available, but I am not sure how widespread that experience is.)

Crazy - 5:49

i have a gazillion recordings of "knickers" and "butterflies" but i would love to get my hands on "crazy" and "seaside" (even though i'm not crazy about "crazy" - pin intended).

I know this is sappy and mushy and cliche, but she's really getting me through by far the hardest time in my life. It's been awhile since anyone's music has been this important to me. So . I'm just going with it. Plus, I'm a completist, what can I say?

she might release a dvd or live disc. its relatively cheap to produce and there is a guaranteed core audience that will purchase it. its also yet another way of promoting the beekeeper. scarlet's walk was not an amazingly successful commercial record yet they released the dvd...and this tour is very different from that one. i'm hoping that we see something from it...
