There is probably alot of give and take in the songwriting process. Is Bernie Taupin or Tim Rice any less of a songwriter because they only came with the lyrics? are Elton John and Andrew Llyod Webber any better because they only right the music? I think she should've developed her skills as a composer by now(in 20 years). But that's also a good quality to admire, because she never fucked her music up just to show she can compose alone.
I'll take a better album, over a better artist anyday | |

My friend, they posted a list before -Lucky Star -Burning Up -I Know It -Think Of Me -Everybody -Shoo-Bee-Doo -Pretender These were all solely Madonna's work, except she didn't produce them. Madonna is not friggin Prince in the musician department, but compare her to the pop stars of today and you'll see that no one puts the amount of work into her albums like she does. | |
