although i love madonna, i still dont think writing lyrics makes you that talented. i dont see the big deal when everyone says, madonna wrote all her songs (as in lyrics) because 1. anyone could write a few words or poems to fit in a song and 2. her lyrics arent that great anyway. i think someone is talented at songwriting if they make up the music, not just the lyrics.

Hell, Allmusic gives her credit for co-writing "Physical Attraction" and "Borderline", which she was never given credit for in the past. Could be there mistake, but as far as I know the first priting of the album gave her full credit for writing those five songs by herself. This is an album that changed dance pop muisc forever (hell, prehaps it created the genre). Credit where credit is due!
