I would like to point your attention to a great band from Iceland called Trabant. They play mostly electrofunk (especially on their latest CD, Emotional) with a punk attitude. I think only the first record from Trabant, Moment of Truth (2001), is currently available outside of Iceland... that record is a bit more in the style of Air and bands like that... their new record is more upbeat dance music.
