I honestly thought, they didnt speak.. b/c I heard that whitney once said "Janet you know I love you, you bitch" live in concert.

I've seen this pic. I believe it was an Oscar afterparty or a Grammy afterparty. I don't remember. When I saw it in Jet I was shocked because, supoosedly, Janet dated Bobby before Whitney
