not me hmph! That man who plays Elvis is perfect for the role though, but he's a little psycho in the sense that he wouldn't come out of character to give an interview. wacky

how did elvis still r&b??? I think it's time for all on the org to face some hard facts...Elvis did not discover r-n-r, he did not steal r&b, and he never proclaimed himself the king of rock and roll.

But he has sold over with albums, soundtracks, singles about a BILLION records, that is true, how many of the phonies out today have sold??? He put out movies (even though the sucked moose cock) how many people in music did that then?? He served his country, I like to see some of the wanna be's today go and do that..never happen.

He was extremely veristile, he sang from country, rock, r&b, and gospel music what artists are doing that today?? NONE!!!! He truly had an amazing voice, and he brought music to the fore-front, and that doesn't take anything away from the people who were doing it before him.

sorry, but it's true.

whatever! i still dont buy that elvis sold 1 billion records. if he did he would have to have many 'thriller' like albums (in terms of sales) none of his albums are on the most succesful albums of all time charts and none of his singles are on the best selling of all time singles charts either, so how exactly has he sold 1 billion? its such a lie, that i dont get how people can get away with saying it all the time.

[quote]That was the best one I own that movie. I can't think of the actors name (he was in Pet Semitary). He did a great job as Elvis....I didn't feel like I was watching an impersonator.

i dont really understand what your point is, but when i said elvis hasnt got any albums on the the best selling albums of all time chart, i meant individually, an individsual album isn on the charts, not meaning his whole album sales

very easy, sound scan didn't come into play until early 90's, which is the way they total album sales now, they counted how many records were shipped and sold back in the day, kind of like doing inventory. Also remember artists at that time would put out at least 3 to 4 albums a year, not like that has been, washed up, "it's ok for a child to share your bed", wine giving, i am on trial for my life MJ, who only sees fit do give an album once every 7 years!! Remember Invincible??? That's okay no else does either. And last, Elvis' music has been around for like 50 years.

well he made over 30 movies....a soundtrack per movie. How many albums did MJ make again??? You got to admit this is fun!!!

Also Elvis did not sleep with young boys either!! or ever been accused of it either, never had to settle out of court and pay families millions of dollars for their silence.

The only thing Elvis did wrong was cheat on his wife and abuse drugs, and didn't MJ abuse pain medication??

Your turn...
